Either Arafat goes, or Sharon goes and Bibi Netanyahu replaces him. The choice is Sharon's.

Of all the sins of the Clinton administration, helping to elect Barak was one of their worst.

Either Arafat goes, or Sharon goes and Bibi Netanyahu replaces him. The choice is Sharon's. By tomorrow evening, Arafat should be a bit of entrails in an Israeli tank tread. And the PA should be ashes.

The primary objective of Arafat's terrorist regime is not to establish the twenty-second Arab state, but to destroy the only Jewish state. This was and remains the heart of the conflict. Netanyahu speaks words of truth - and with a clarity that George Bush and his ally, Arafat, are not capable of. Israel needs this man as their leader.
The Arabs called down the thunder. Now they will have it. It's time to cut loose the dogs of war and break their society to the ground. "You don't talk to snakes, you kill them."

Godspeed Israel.

Well said, Bibi.
You know, its amazing how prescient he was in his book Terrorism: How the West Can Win which he wrote way back in 1987. If Israel and the U.S. had taken his hard-line approach since then, we wouldn't have the problems we have now.

I only disagree with Bibi on one point here. Arafat should not be expelled, and should not be allowed to escape.
It's time for Excedrin headache number .357.

Netanyahu, with the heart of a lion, knows what must and shall occur. He thinks clearly, speaks crisply and will lead Israel to total victory.

Third, we must establish security separation lines that will allow Israeli armed forces to enter Palestinian territory>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> And just where does Palestine end and Israel begin? The palestinians came out of Jordan not the so called occupied territories. I should say they were expelled from Jordon. IN 1918 the british were granted a mandate by the league of nations to create a jewish state out of Transjordan. They did not even tho the arabs at that time were in favor of it

Bibi on CNBC now. I promise to switch the channel once he is off.

Arafat should be Israel's MOST WANTED DEAD OR DEAD. Why this guy is still alive is mind boggling. It is like Osama Bin Laden walking around in the USA.

Netanyahu may well turn out to the the Churchill of Israel. And Sharon is certainly carrying out the part of Neville Chamberlain. The time of appeasement must soon end. There can be no "peace in our time" so long as these thugs and terrorists are allowed to flourish. I predict that in their darkest hour, Netanyahu will be swept back into power and will vanquish Israel's foes once and for all, perhaps dragging a reluctant United States to fight the battle with him.

"An unremitting carnage that indiscriminately slaughters all who come within the murderous reach of Palestinian terrorists shows the depths of their hatred. Clearly, the only constraint for Arab terrorists is their destructive capability. Given the power, they would destroy all of us, down to the last infant. " This is the plain and simple truth of the entire matter. It's not about land or settlements. It never was and it never will be.
How can you negotiate a peace with an adversary that is 100% committed to your destruction?
And knowing that, why do they even try?
Get it over with, cry havoc and loose the dogs of war.
That is exactly where this conflict is headed. There will never be any lasting peace between these two parties.

I believe Sharon will act, and I believe Arab women will tell the impending stories lamentable for centuries, should we make it that long.

Call up the reserves. 300,000 armed men and women should be able to clean up this mess rather quickly.
I'd take it one town at a time. Encircle it, and demand that all weapons be placed in the town square within 4 hours. Any home found with weapons after 2 hours will be destroyed. Any home from which shooting emminates will be destroyed. Then in 2 hours, pick up the weapons in the town sqaure, and go door to door, house to house, and search for weapons. If you find even a bullet, destroy the home.
Once that town is weapons-free, repeat on the next town.

It's time to put Netanyahu back in the driver's seat. It's Israel's last gasp and he is the only one who can perform CPR.

This is good -- at least I (reluctantly) see it much the same way, but...
we must encircle the main Palestinian population centers, purge them of terrorists, and eradicate the terrorist infrastructure
This will be rather difficult, I think, given the hatred of Israel and Jews that the Palestinian children have been steeped in, schooled in, for such a long time.
