Added to that is the "spoils of war" justification. In a rational situation, the defeated aggresor would be forced to negotiate and compromise, to get back any claim to lost lands.
Minimally, such negotiation and compromise would insure the security of the victorious party, and that would of course, include promise of non-aggression, and recognition of the victor's sovereign status.
Yet the world today is not rational, because of arab cultural and religious insanity, coupled with the injustice of the UN, and the EU now days. Israel alone (with US backing) must prevail against arab guerilla war waged against their civilians.
Any arab nation using their state military against Israel must be crushed. I seriously doubt that many will try--perhaps Iraq?
