This young girl has courage and conviction, rare qualities in these time to say the least. I'd be curious to know what her grade on the paper was.

My sons often wrote about the Second Amendment when they had to choose a topic for an essay. One teacher (liberal) actually admitted to my son that she had changed her views and was more in favor of gun rights as a result of his papers. We conservatives must take every opportunity to educate the sheeple, they mostly only ever hear the liberal slant to any and all issues.

Thank you to everyone who gave praise or criticism for my article. =) My Mom posted it under my screen name. I am indeed 14 (but my birthday is on April 21st, in case anyone cares) and I go to University City High School in San Diego. geaux- The quote by Susan B. Anthony had a typo, and was supposed to read "Guilty? Yes, no matter what the motive, love of ease or desire to save suffering from the unborn innocent, the woman is awfully guilty who commits the deed. It will burden her conscience in life, and it will burden her soul in death." I'm sorry for the confusion. =) arepublicifyoucankeepit- I received an "A" on this particular assignment, but it was a low "A" (probably due to the fact that my teacher is close minded and pro-choice, although I can't judge). LibertyGirl77- All of the thoughts and arguments displayed in the article are mine. I know that I'm not a perfect writer, but then again, I'm only 14. ; )
