I have seen the changes John has implemented in response to the (overwhelming amount of) feedback this weekend. As someone who has had to work a few overnighters to make sure that all is good for the customers, I want to express my appreciation for his efforts and the work done by his colleagues this weekend.
Although I didn't feel it necessary to add to the complaints or suggestions this weekend, I am happy that these changes have been made. I am more comfortable navigating today than I was yesterday morning.

I guess it was inevitable...I find "moose" and "cheese" creeping into everyday conversations... now the only question is, "where is that darned credit card...I knew I had one!"
