Also Sunday, a group of some 40 peace activists from around the world skirted round the IDF tanks surrounding Arafat's compound, managing to enter it and meet with Arafat. The activists and reporters ignored the Israeli soldiers' orders to stop and troops fired warning shots in the air.

The Israeli's are definitely schizophrenic given this move. They are letting these left-wing wacko's have access to Arafat and the result will be these "peace activists" coming out to tell the world how badly Israel is treating the poor defenseless Palestinians. The IDF needs to seal the entire area. Let the peace-nik types stew on the Israeli side. Maybe while they're waiting there, they can visit an Israeli cafe, restaurant, or supermarket and enjoy the peaceful Mediterranean ambiance. Of course, at any time any one of those might be blown up by PA suicide bombers while they are visiting. On second thought, they probably are safer in the Palestinian zone.

This and the Reuters "candlelight interview" could only have been made possible by the interference of the vile cockroach Peres.

[The Israelis] are letting these left-wing wacko's have access to Arafat. . . .

In light of the serious incident, the Minister of the Interior, Eli Yishai, intends to forbid the entry of foreign leftist activists into Israel.

I think that you're on to something here. Since the IDF has them in custody, they should be chained to cafes and discos, where they can offer their "protection" against the bombing of civilians.

I'll bet the palestinians would never try blowing up a place where those morons are located...

BTW, didn't the palestinians just murder two European "observers?"

Yeah, that might make those smug European sycophants wake up to the reality of the hell Israelis must deal with daily, that there is a war going on, not some acedemic exercise where there are no moral absolutes. Of course then again, they would probably just blame the US and Israel, like our good friend Robert Fisk.

Wanna bet that one or two of these "infiltrators" were actually IDF or CIA ops folks? I would. I would plant devices. I would bring a cell phone battery to match the make and model of the one arafat has on his table, and make sure it was hot. wired. and every other dirty trick I could think of.

Remember.

When we captured a bunch of al queda... we planted SEVERAL special ops guys in their midst. One of whom was killed by accident. WE HAVE THESE PUKES PEGGED. NOW we know exactly WHOM is in the compound. Who can be arrested and what can be done to take the place.

Arafat will be put in a state of permanent incommunicado. His lieutenants and the folks who Israel holds responsible for murdering the foreign minister... won't suffer arrest, I think. Arafat's buddies, may just pop arafat, so that they can blame it on the idf... who knows?

Bet on us getting intel out of this. Big time.
