Saudi Arabia and other major producers of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) have made clear they have no intention of repeating the earlier oil embargo that severely hit Western economies

I'm sure that has something to do with:
1. Russia now being the world's largest petroleum producer.
2. The possibilities at ANWR.

Buy oil from Russia. Bush and Putin's strategy would be brilliant at this point. Stop the flow of American dollars into the Arab terrorist nations -- and that includes Saudi Arabia!
