Let's face it. President Carter is second only to Jesse Jackson when it comes to wanting publicity. He was the worst President in recent history and, like Clinton, refuses to recognize that his reign is over! This is just one more attempt to legitimize himself and I would hope that President Bush doesn't agree to it. Carter did enough damage when he held office to last the nation a long time. His foreign policy brought us the Iranian hostage crisis among other things and now he wants to go to Cuba?!
