Unless you are willing to service Hitlery, forget it. My land in NY is our family farm - been ours for generations. Dad had a NY pistol permit - I, as a VA resident, do not qualify. I may keep my pistols (hierlooms) fired by "antique means" (cap'n'ball), but if I also posess caps, balls, and powder, I am an instant felon.
