You still havent told us which article and clause of the Constitution prohibits secession.
I have agreed, a state may secede any time it wishes.
Once it does so, it renounces all protections it otherwise had and becomes and alien nation subject to the whims and viscitude of International Law. (otherwise known as whoever has the biggest stick, wins).
So, your reference to "Good and morality" lacked any real meaning? How nice.
Interesting, do you always quote out of context like that? The statement was:
The interpretations of "Good and morality" are inapplicable
in regard to you inquiry:
Should our government be bound by law, or by government officials interpretation of good and morality?
Do you leave interpretations of "Good and morality" to others? especially "govenment officials"? I don't.
Did you go to the Mao Tse Tung School of Political Science - or are you self-made totalitarian?
It is clear you have no basis to argue from when one must descend to character assassination. So you clearly do not intend to debate in good faith,
Good Night, you are welcome to talk to yourself.

Actually, my inquiry was referring to your Post #297, which you neglected to mention:
Your arguements have had the practical effect of getting alot of American's killed along with alot of fractious animosity dividing the nation's people that continues to the current day.
Not to good or moral a result.

An interesting statement, given that you have previously claimed that (t)he interpretations of Good and morality are inapplicable as they resolve into that which is convienient to whoever happens to holds the gun.

Character assassination? Hardly I refer you once again to your own statement in Post #299:
The interpretations of "Good and morality" are inapplicable as they resolve into that which is convienient to whoever happens to holds the gun.

Obviously you are unaware of the fact, but Mao made a very similar statement:
"Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun"
The question regarding your education and beliefs was highly appropriate...

A simple observation of historical reality. Do you deny that fact.
It is not moral, it is not right, it is simply true.
