Beautiful essay John. The europeans never seem to learn do they? They harbored and fostered the murderous nazis in the 30's and here they are today doing the very same thing. There must be something lacking in the souls of those people that they can not recognize evil when they see it.

During the 40's we made an unfortunate assumption, we assumed that europe was a victem of the nazis and we went and we bled to free them of that evil. Too bad we didn't know then what we know now.

I have not been able to figure out lately if the europeans are just incredibly stupid or if they, themselves, are evil. Why else would they always be so blind to what's happening?
