I certainly hope you're not advocating violating this fellow's civil rights.
That just wouldn't do. Give him a fair trial, than hang him.
Or they could just turn him loose in the jail yard after letting the other prisoners know what he was in for.

Prisoners do not care what you are in for nor do any of them
dispense some altruistic form of jail house justice. Please do
not romanticize these are jerks. None of them are guilty anyway.
Just ask them.
