My big question is will Israel collar the Jihadists in Arafat's compound and the Church of Nativity before Powell arrives? Will Arafat be kept under house arrest? My only bet is that Arafat's confinement will continue.

Israel shouldn't go anywhere near that church. Yes, it means a few Pallies get to escape. But they're animals, they're depraved enough to damage the church and blame it on the Jews. Plus, they've taken the priests and nuns hostage. If they were massacred, it would be horrible. Let the terrorists escape, and then show the world what they did in the church, how they shot their way in and took hostages.
