You said: "Now we'll see what the ATF really has on the man." That implies that you suspect that the ATF has someting on him that tey haven't told him or the public. I suspect the ATF will CLAIM more than we have seen. If not, they will try to negotiate a plea to lesser charges. They have nothing, IMHO. Now we'll see because the ATF has to fish or cut bait with what they have.
Just hope he isn't charged with secret evidence under the Patriot Act, which is entirely possible (though unlikely against someone like this at this early date in our slide to Empire).
