Betcha they don't resume the suicide attacks if they know what's good for them. The Israelis can get pretty grouchy when mustered from their day jobs to shake down slums.
You're right. That's pretty damn simple. It even borders on outright stupidity. The unarmed Palestinians who live in these areas aren't "allowing" these terrorists to operate,any more than they are "allowing" the IDF to operate there. It makes as much sense as punishing you and me for "allowing" the terrorists to fly into the WTC. It would be very helpful if Arafat would renouce terror but apparently he won't. So there will be more suffering until more of the bandits in a lawless land are under the Israeli thumb.
