Absolutely. Nobody goes to a special kindergarten for "cultural identity", which is what they think they have given this child. If they want special services, they should pay for them.

Can you imagine the bitterness this child will feel when he is older? He was created incomplete on purpose. These women also sound like they are trying to take away his last hearing, too. Oftentimes deafness is associated with other congenital disorders. I wonder how happy these two would be with a deaf cyclops child, etc. (wide variety of possibilities)
