"Those "dumb" kids are the ones we should be reaching out to and helping by fixing the public schools and/or getting them into private schools or home schooling." You can't fix public schools, because they're working perfectly at what they were designed to do. There's no fixing to be done. Parents MUST get their kids out of public schools.
