Actually, it's the RATs who don't like Cubans. That's because the RAT constituencies like black Americans, Haitians, Jamaicans and Puerto Ricans resent the hell out of Cubans because of their special immigration status and the fact that Cubans far and away have economically out-performed the groups mentioned above. Why, it just ain't fair!
