Do you not remember the flap when Bush first took office and did not repeal or negate all the executive orders that Clinton signed in order to bypass the House and Senate? Gale Norton said it would just be too difficult to repeal them.

However, President Clinton has greatly extended the use of Executive Orders well beyond the legitimate scope of internal policy making.

For example, he has used Executive Orders to impose United Nations programs and policies throughout America, resulting in 83 land areas in the United States either being subjected to UN regulatory policies (such as Yellowstone Park) or being declared UN heritage Sites (such as Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia-home of the Liberty Bell and the location where the Declaration and Constitution were signed). Furthermore, through his Executive Order on the American Heritage River Initiative, even privately-owned property has now been placed under federal control.

"There are currently 47 Biosphere Reserves and 26 World Heritage Sites within the United States, giving foreign entities control over land owned by the Federal Government and private citizens. The only authority for this control and transfer of private and public land is executive order. United States Representative Helen Chenoweth, (R) Idaho, testified before the House Committee on Resources on June 10, 1997 where she stated, "over 51 million acres in the United States have been designated by the United Nations as either World Heritage Sites or Biosphere Reserves." These "approximate an area the size of Colorado, our 8th largest state.

"Also disturbing is that designation of Biosphere Reserves rarely involves consulting the public and local governments. In fact, United Nations Educational, Scientific (UNESCO) policy apparently discourages an open nomination process for Biosphere Reserves. The Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of the World Heritage Convention state: 'In all cases, as to maintain the objectivity of the process, State (national) parties should refrain from giving undue publicity to the fact that a property has been nominated (for Biosphere Reserve designation) pending the final decision.'"

I think I remember the EO number being Executive Order 13112. I don't remember the article on FR about the U.N. signs already being in place at some National Park he visted or the author visited.

Executive Order 13112 dealt with "invasive species".

Although clinton signed the globalists' Biological Diversity Treaty (Agenda 21), the Senate has never ratified it and never will. The UN does NOT have any "control" over American soil. All they have are some feel good, we-are-the-world signs in some places and an ear to whine to. That said, we must be ever vigilant cuz God knows they keep trying.
