It was reported a few days ago (the day of the indictment) that Sattar lives on Staten Island and is a letter-carrier for the post office. I still haven't seen it reported what post office he works at. His passing messages for Rahman makes it likely he works in NYC (I'm fairly sure Rahman is imprisoned in federal prison in NYC -- I know he was at the time of his trial.) But for some reason New Jersey Online is reporting this story.
Very interesting that a mere letter-carrier would be in contact with almost the whole leadership of Al Qaeda.

His cousins and freinds probably work in federal nuclear and chemical facilities too.

According to this news article in the Staten Island Advance, he worked at the Manor Road and Eltingville post offices (in Staten Island, I gather).
