There is nothing wrong with punchcard machines which could not be fixed with a few simple changes:
- Have electronic ballot boxes which will not accept any ballot which is not properly and completely voted [see #2]
- Have for each office a "No candidate selection" punch and then at the end of the ballot have a space to punch a two-digit number indicating how many punches were made on the rest of the ballot. If someone isn't bright enough to count, they could insert the ballot without these columns punched and the machine would tell them what to punch there.
- Neither overvotes nor uncounted undervotes would be acceptable on any submitted ballot; any such ballot would have to be corrected (in case of uncounted undervotes) or voided and replaced.
With these changes, it would be impossible to alter any valid ballot without producing an invalid ballot, and there would be no excuse for having any significant number of invalid ballots in the box.
As far as I can tell, voter fraud is just an extension of other Democratic dishonesty. I've never heard of its benefiting anyone but Democrats. Conservatives can NOT win unless elections are fair so we should do everything possible to assure fairness!
