Blueprint for Control

This isn't about the "child protection scam." It's about the government's use of the "child protection scam" to gain more and more control over you, using children as "pawns in the game." The imaginary "child abuse epidemic" is being used as a Hegelian precipitator to get us to demand more and more, and stricter laws to "fight child abuse" and to punish "deadbeat dads" and "deadbeat parents." Unfortunately, once enacted, these laws and regulations can be used to arrest and imprison anybody, just by "defining" them as child abusers or deadbeat parents. The scam works a lot like this:

One of the things the power seekers in our government (and in others) want is the power to threaten you with complete financial ruin and to be able to trace you wherever you go so there is no escape. Two things they're working hard to get made into law are the use of the Social Security number for all transactions in one way or another (one of the ways they're trying is to make the driver's license into a de facto universal identification card keyed to your Social Security number) while enacting laws to make sure you cannot get away from them. In this manner, there will be no escape for you if they declare you to be a criminal in one way or another. They're using the "deadbeat parents" scam to facilitate this. Of course, they're working in other areas too in order to accomplish it, but their scams and schemes are too many for me to cover all of them here. This one is the one most apt to be enacted, so this is the one I'm going to talk about here.

Local Databases "Shared" With Feds

Soon, if they have their way, you'll have to provide this number when you're applying for almost any kind of a professional, occupational, or recreational license. The information thus gained by the local authorities will be forwarded to a statewide database. This database will be open to child protection agents and to any agency of the state or federal government that may inquire. The Privacy Act of 1974 denied the federal government the power to start any new databases based on the Social Security number. This scam is an "end-run" around that law. They will be able to "share" and keep information from these local databases at will and, since they did not start a database based on the Social Security number but are merely "sharing" information from a local database, they can (successfully) argue that it does not violate the Privacy Law.

You Can't Escape Them

Now they've got a database keyed to your Social Security number so they can keep track of you from cradle to grave, the next step is to "criminalize you" so they can take action against you, almost at will. The way they do this is to set up the child protectors with almost unlimited power, no accountability, and a set of "subjective laws" under which to operate so they can decide for themselves in all cases, just what constitutes child abuse. Today, you can be accused, and convicted of child abuse if a child protector who has intimidated her way into your home finds a single dirty sock on your floor. She merely writes you up as having "a dirty house" and judging that your children should be snatched until you have jumped through a few hoops which she will demand. There is no real appeal from this because the word of the social worker is accepted in their captive courts as prima facie evidence of abuse.

Once they get you "in the system" by snatching your children and telling you that in order to ever be able to see them again you have to jump through all their hoops with the social worker being the ultimate arbitrator of your success. Hoops such as "counseling," "parenting classes," even "treatment" by psychiatrists. They force this by keeping your children as hostages to your "good behavior." If you successfully "dance to their tune," in other words, do everything they demand of you successfully, they change the rules. If you protest, at any point, they testify in their courts that you were "uncooperative" and that's the "kiss of death."

All this is in aid of destroying the right of the family to control what can or cannot be done with their own children -- and that includes (especially) what they're taught in school. So now you can't complain while they teach your children that collectivism is the best kind of government and that they must think about others before themselves. That "need" is a demand upon their earnings. That what they earn is not their property, but is the property of the community to dispose of as it will. Then they teach all children that if they don't like what their parents do (ground them, limit their associations, etc.), they can just call the child protectors and they'll take care of it. And they will. They'll come out and snatch them from their parents and put everybody in the family though a wringer which can, and has, included sexual abuse of the children which is called "medical treatment." The children have no idea what they're letting themselves and their parents in for and by the time they find out it's too late. Their family has been destroyed.

Driving a Wedge Between Children and Parents

It is this, which they are using to drive a wedge between the kids and their parents. And by so doing, making all children "wards of the state," even if they have never become the victim of the child protectors. Word gets around, and people who have never been visited by the child protectors are afraid to deal properly with their children. So soon the children are "out of control" and when they predictably get in trouble, they punish the parents.

These databases will not be kept "confidential." They will tell you the information therein is confidential, but they don't consider "sharing" information with other government agencies to be breaking that confidentiality. So all that private information will be available to just about any government agency that asks -- and they will then share it with anybody they wish. They (surprise, surprise) are not held to the "confidentiality" required of the original agency.

The Next Step

After running you and your innocent children through the wringer they will then bill you for the "cost of foster care," in effect forcing you to pay for they costs they incurred when they kidnapped and held your children for what is a national average of 18 months (which is why they want a law saying they can just terminate your parental rights after 12 months). And if you refuse to pay this extortion, they'll declare you a "deadbeat parent" and hound you to your dying day through the databases and laws mentioned above. You won't be able to get a job, start a business that requires a license (which is most of them now), or even get a hunting license without them knowing and having the means to deny it to you or simply know where you are through your application. There will be no escape. They'll be able to intercept funds sent to you and "confiscate" them, attach your bank accounts or pension funds, require public utilities to release information about you, and force your new employer to give your name, Social Security number, and current address to a "State Directory of New Hires." You won't be able to keep so much as a pair of new underwear when they come after your assets under these laws -- and bankruptcy won't help you.

And don't ever think that when these laws get passed in every state (they're working hard to accomplish that), they'll limit access to the information. Soon this information will allow the feds to keep track of every person in the country and you can bet they're going to use it, overtly or covertly. They will quietly make laws (or definitions of laws), or bureaucratic regulations that seem to have the power of laws which will allow any agency they specify to have access to this information -- to "fight crime, don'tcha know?" Pretty soon you won't be able to go to the bathroom without them knowing and being able to count the number of times a day you do.

Make no mistake. This is a "blueprint for total control" of everybody in this country. They're slowly encircling us with laws and regulations to control more and more of what we do, and they'll continue to do it until we're totally enslaved -- or we put a stop to it. To do that you have to start paying attention to politics and keep track of what they're doing. It will be hard, it will be frustrating. But unless you know what they're doing you can't stop it.

I know Ray Thomas, and he knows of what he speaks. He has been fighting the DCFS for years over his grandkids I believe. The stories he could tell you about those people would make the hair on the back of your neck stand up.

To do that you have to start paying attention to politics and keep track of what they're doing. It will be hard, it will be frustrating. But unless you know what they're doing you can't stop it.

I have seen this in my own state, particularly with the Smart Growth legislation, as we as legislation for things like reorganizing the state's defense structure, and DNA submission. Big picture wise they are 'sewing things up' to set up the basic control structure here in the next 10 years or so.
