Bombing cities is much more effective, shall we say, than sending these poor deluded suicide victims in to kill a few here and there. It seems to be the only route the Palestinians can take because they don't have the weapons and planes that we provide to the ever protected Israelis. I suppose you would make the same excuse for the Al Quaeda terrorists who hijacked airliners and used them to kill thousands of innocent civilians on 911.
