Klamath Solution for America
Original Composition ^ | 4-17-02 | Forest Glen Durland

Posted on 04/17/2002 9:44:22 PM PDT by forest

Expanding without hesitation, our federal government has completed its growth of tentacles and is now ready to squeeze America and the world into compliance. With no conscious perception of danger, the masses are dreaming off into Pinochio's playland, soon to be turned into donkeys of labor. It is a critically unfortunate fact that Freepers, being the mentally aware factor, are a pitiful minority. Even with the addition of those on the Internet that are cognizant of the negative condition of government, the percentage is woefully low. That means that all of you must shout louder.

Perhaps the percentage is higher than it seems due to the silence of many. Of the alphabet soup companies that comprise the mainstream media, all but Fox are going broke, as are many mainstream newspapers. People simply do not believe them any more.

But one fact is certain: If those who are aware of this deadly threat do not speak up loudly and firmly soon, it will soon be to late. I have been watching Hitler history unfold before my very eyes these past few years. But this time there will be no America to come charging to our rescue.

The permanent solution is at the ballot box. Those who are aware must wake the masses and influence their thinking at election time. That presents of problem of great magnitude, considering that the media is controlled by those controlling big government. Let us be thankful for FreeRepublic. Congress does watch FR.

Our servants operating our federal government violated the Constitution to the point of treason in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Realizing that the root of the problems in the Klamath Basin Crisis were identical to mine, my 32 years of research were directed to a solution for those farmers and loggers and for America as well. The resulting documents are KBD (Klamath Basin Document), U-Write KBD and Constitution Trumps Treaties. Together with a cover letter, these documents were mailed to our top leaders in Washington, DC and to ten “Good Guys” in Congress to put them on notice. Now it is time for follow up consisting of thousands of letters.

The thoroughly documented KBD instructs government that

1. The Constitution strictly limits federal government land control and use.

2. No treaty can supersede the Constitution.

3. People have the right to be let alone.

4. Not one dime of IRS income tax gets back to Congress to run our government, yet Congress keeps spending.

The KBD also points out the Constitutional law, Supreme Court case law, and federal laws that are being violated, as well as the laws we can use to prosecute politicians.

It is difficult for we “civilians” to prosecute members of Congress and the White House. But we can remind them that they will not always be immune. When they “graduate” from federal politics, they will be all ours. We can then ask for volunteers to see if we can press treason charges at that time. From then on for them it well be Russian roulette -- live or die. I should think that line of reasoning would get their attention.

Thousands of letters are critical to the success of this project. Thousands of people must make their Congress Critters aware of the KBD. Thousands of letters must make Congress and the White House aware that we are aware of their fraudulent capers. I have even written the letters for you in U-Write. All you need do is copy out the letters and mail them. If anyone questions you about them, simply point them to uhuh.com and tell them to do some long overdue homework.

How about it, Freepers. You will copy and mail those U-Write letters, won't you!

You will find the KBD here on FreeRepublic at <http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/668067/posts>

and U-Write at <http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/668058/posts>.

Respectfully,

Forest Glen Durland

The mechanism to strangle America in a global dictatorship is complete. All that remains is the action, which will include confiscation of private fireams. If we don't stop this monster now, we may never. Since so goes the Klamath Basin, so goes America, we must stand and be heard. It is time for very loud Freeping. U-Write awaits those who will stand for our Constitutional Republic.

I think there may be cause for at least guarded optimism for "taking back America...."

When I first joined the web community in 1999, surveys showed that 42% of Americans "got their news from alternative sources"- like the web and talk radio.
( OK, I also presume this means wackier sources, as well....)

A few months later that crept up to 47%, and the last time I heard anything about it ( over a year ago ) it had passed 50%.

I have often said we are in an "Info War"- a conflict of ideas- with those who want less freedom for and more control over, the average citizen.

We have lost any number of skirmishes- the ubiquitousness of the term "hate crime" come to mind- but the battle is far from over.
One of the most critical first steps to winning over the public is simply introducing them to conservative or Libertarian concepts, free of the sneering bias of the mainstream media- both the news and entertainment arms of it.

The web, and talk radio, are making incursions into the realm of ideas. It's slow, and the pervasiveness of propaganda from the TV-dominated culture is hard to overcome, but I do see signs that progess is being made.

Ladies and Gentlemen; Today I am asking a very strong request from all of you. I am requesting that you as a group assist the members in locating any factual errors in Forest Glen Durland's website.

This is one of the much superior websites that indexes our governments past actions and give solutions to the many illegal actions. I am extremely curious as to your opinion whether or not his solutions will save America.

All underlined text is a link to another area for further research and discussion. Please save and make a shortcut to his website, select what areas you feel that you are strongly qualified to critique and then please give your full unrestrained opinions to the members of FR.com. We need to formulate a serious plan of action so we stay at the vote box rather than progress to the ammo box.

Here is a link that Forest has made just for FR.com Hub1

Thank you, B4Ranch

ps. There is an excellent discussion regarding The Grace Report (PPSS) to be found in his website. This has been one of my favorite subjects for years. If you ever get a chance be sure to question your Rep about his/her knowledge of it. You'll be disappointed for sure.

pps. I just got off the phone with Mr. Durland. He is a well informed elderly gentleman (73) who is concerned about the future for his children and grandchildren just as we are.

He can be contacted at Voice: (408) 867-4410; Fax: (408)868-9446; His email address is glen@bayarea.net

I have been watching Hitler history unfold before my very eyes these past few years.

I disagree (sort of). I think the history you should be looking at is not German history, but *Roman* history. The US compares much more closely with Rome, IMO, than with Germany (though there are parallels there, too).

I think the US will end up the same way Rome did...with much the same results, only on a larger scale and much more rapidly due to technology, which speeds everything up.

I wasn't living during the Roman conquests and falls. But I most certainly was during WW2. Hitler did was is being done now. It worked once, why rewrite it? Just remove the bugs.

For instance, Hitler (and Stalin) took the children from the parents and put them in government schools. Now government has taken over the colleges that teach teachers and he presses that write the textbooks and brain washes the kids that way. Let the parents put up with the brats out of school. Much smoother this way. Much more effective, too.

"The permanent solution is at the ballot box."

You should know better. If the solution was at the ballot box, we wouldn't be in the mess we find ourselves in today.

The solution is to instill abject fear into the politicians, so that they respect the citizens they elected, obey the oath of office, and do the job they were hired to do. As it stands today, they have little fear of small segments of the electorate. They know that the rest of the people pulling the levers on election day are uneducated and can be manipulated.

Dream on.

I disagree. The solution is at the ballot box, unless we choose to consider RW2 - Revolutionary War 2. Just because people do not know truth and vote does not mean that the solution is not at the ballot box. We must vote out the creeps in government. I stand behind my statement.
