If WND wants to really make this happen, they need to attack the root of the problem, not just the branches.

I will verify these answers but for now this may suffice. Their accredited peers select them. They report to the Senate Rules Committee. Congress gave them the authority and it has been upheld in court. Congress has granted them this authority.

Again, I will verify but from what I gathered at the meeting, these answers are probably correct.

As for attacking all levels, there are procedures and legal precedence that must be followed. Richard Ackerman and WND are doing everything in their power to get this resolved in their favor.
