Oh yeah. The degree of success is in direct relation to how loud Jesse Jackass and Al Sharpton (or some wack liberal action committee) will scream about this "injustice".
And they will scream, for sure.
Because these rules were NEVER supposed to be enforced uniformly.
They were intended to be heavy burdens on other peoples backs, not their own.
