I was thinking about an accusation a caller made. He accused Dick Cheney of being paid 31 million to rebuild Iraq's oil infrastructure...

Well, if Saddam paid DC ALL that money, which I would assume is really DC's total compensation for that year from Halliburton, if true, and Saddam can now produce oil, isn't that a GOOD thing? If he produces oil, he can sell it. Iraq has really no other way of providing exports for others to buy...

But, the ANSWER guy has an answer, we don't know what is REALLY happening with the oil for food...as if that makes any sense.
