The ICC is an attack on U.S. sovereignty and should be defined by congress as an "Act of War" and treated as such.
As seen in post # 15 the U.S. Of America has NOT ratified.
News reports have President Bush NOT ratifying. But we need a constituitional lawyer to decipher the U.S. text at the bottom of post # 15.
