Very nice rhetoric, but how much does this weigh Constitutionally? Do these general platitudes negate the Equal Protection Clause? To negate a portion of the Constitution, it would usually take an amendment, but it seems like you've found a loophole, doesn't it? You're a legal genius! *sarcasm*
