The 1994 prize, worth a shared $933,000, was controversial from the outset, with committee member Kaare Kristiansen quitting rather than condone a prize to Mr. Arafat, a man he branded a "terrorist."

Peres should be ashamed of himself. He should give his prize to this man!

Peres will never learn that no matter how much of a prostrating psychophant he can be, these Euroninny elitist amoral hypcrites will always think of him as a conniving Jew.

The Nobel committee no longer cares about the best and the brightest. It's all politics to the international socialits. The idea that they would give Arafat the prize to begin with, let alone not think about revoking it, proves the point.

The above list of Nobel Prize recipients wrongly lists at least one of the prize winners. Elias James Corey is NOT a Muslim. Here, in his autobiography, he describes his Lebanese Christian family. http://www.nobel.se/chemistry/laureates/1990/corey-autobio.html Just because someone is an Arab does not make them a Muslim. My suspicion, judging from the names, is that others on that Muslim list are also Christian Arabs.

I suspect P. B. Medawar is similar; Born in Brazil of British mother and Lebanese Father . There's nothing in his bio which refers to religion and with names like Peter and Brian his father was unlikely to have been a Muslim. So half muslim at best but probably not at all.

OK - strike 2 off the list if you wish.
