The best news first(imho): Michael Savage is on WAIT AM-850 from 7p til sunset. YAHOO!!! They pick him up live at the second hour of his show. (If you want to catch the first hour see my footnote.)

ALSO Hugh Hewitt has come to WYLL AM 1116 from 5p to 6.

AND Sean Hannity has come to WLS-AM 890 from 9p to midnight(but you already knew that).

ALSO on WAIT is Neal Boortz from 4p-7and Mike Gallager from 9a to 12n.

AND you can get Chuck Harder on 1370 AM WLTH outta Gary from noon til 3(I think).

So after years and years and years of only Don Wade and Rush Limbaugh Chicagoans are finally, FINALLY getting some more Consevative voices in town.

FOOTNOTE: With the arrival of daylight savings time WHFB AM 1060(Benton Harbor Mi) changes it's signal later so we can hear Michael Savage live from across the lake from 6p 'til sunset e.s.t. With a Radio Shack Loop antenna yo can get WHFB almost as good as a local! Btw, they also carry Hannity live from 2p til 5.

Yeah, I know, I listen to too much radio! Ha-ha!

I pick up wls here in the morning on the way to work and listen to roe and gary in the afternoon on the way home. I will try out these others, but I am the kind of guy who can only listen to radio in the car. It just doesn't leave me much time.

I'm still looking for information on Greg Doffin, the conservative radio show host on WJOB out of Hammond, Indiana. He disappeared off the air at Christmas time, 2001.

Ahh yes, Mancow. Oh yeah, he's a barrel of fun! Can be very sleazy though. He gets some great bands on to play live and varous Hollywood guests and Conservative authors like(yum-yum) Anne Coulter. He's kinda like a right-wing Howard Stern-only with good sound men. I say that cause if you've ever listened to Howard when he has a musical guest playing live they always sound like crap. Not so with Mancow. They always sound great!

Oh yeah, they're definitely better together than alone. Eileen is young and developing. Since Jay came back from Colorado I can't figure him out. He's lost his edge but he's still a commie. Can't be trusted.

That's why I like Savage, he's got the energy that Jay had before he went out west but he pours it all into his ROCK RIBBED Conservatism. Highly recommended!

Don and Roma are great in the morning but Roe and Garry suck, big time. It's funny because they were pretty decent when they had separate shows but now Roe is a politically correct whiner and Garry just goes with the flow.

I met Don and Roma about 10 years ago. I don't know how she is now but back then she wasn't too shabby! And they were both actually very friendly and polite which is something I didn't expect from Don.
