I think we have not seen a suggestion of unilateral operations being conducted in Pakistan by any nation that is a member of the coalition. Do nations that are not coalition members conduct unilateral operations in Pakistan? If there is a no-man's land maybe they could give it to the Palestinians; apparently there is a lot more free acreage in Pakistan than in West Bank/Gaza.
The Pathans Pashtoons would make mincemeat of the Palestinians. It's not open land; it's just that the Pakistani govt has no real authority in the tribal areas.
