Several intelligence analysts have reached the conclusion that the latest tape of Osama bin Laden was purposely made to look recent, but in fact was made months ago.
The CIA has not made an official assessment. But most who have seen the tape believe it was made weeks after the September 11 attacks on America, but before the war in Afghanistan began Oct. 7.

Some analysts conclude the effort means bin Laden is incapacitated or perhaps dead. Either that or he's huddled in the back of a cave curled up in the fetal position sobbing uncontrollably as he asks Allah to save him.

I think he died shortly after we attacked in Afghanistan There were reports in the Indian , Russian , and Chinese press that he had been killed by someone or ones in the organization. After that he was not heard from again. Everything since has been third hand and/or phony.
