"YEAH, WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CITIZENS ARREST?" Arrest all you like! Problem is that you will never get the INS to come and pick them up. You will probably even be sued by the Mexican government for detaining one of their citizens.

You will probably even be sued by the Mexican government for detaining one of their citizens. I would love to see them try it. Unlike Bush, our Constitution and the law means something to me and I will do what I have to do.
