Forgive Rove for believing that relying upon a strategy of limiting to whatever extent possible the turnout of blacks and Hispanics to win races is stupid-- especially since whites are becoming less and less a majority racial group in the U. S. He's just trying to hold the inevitable off for as long as he can. If the GOP can't convert these two groups, they are an extinct party. So is the Constitution Party and any other party you might prefer over the GOP. When a racial group votes 90-9 (blacks) or 62-35 (hispanics) or 55-41 (asians) against you, your days of electoral success are numbered. If you convert them, conservatives will easily win races.
This is suppose to impress conservatives, flood us with more third world trough eaters instead of putting a stop to it? Oh please, if this is the case and natural born "minorities" do not have the snap to realize their freedoms are on the line, then I'll count on writing in my candidate for the next couple of decades, because what the Republicans are saying is, "We give up, we are useless, we are going left".
