The Endangered Species Act ran out years ago, yet federal agencies are still using it to commit government abuse of landowners.

Will the Brady-Turner, "Abolishment of Obsolete Agencies and Federal Sunset Act of 2001 (H.R. 2373)" correct this?

"H.R. 2373 would place an expiration date on every federal agency, department and program. This would require them to justify their existence to taxpayers and Congress, or face elimination. A similar law is used in 20 states including Texas, which has eliminated 23 agencies, saving Texas taxpayers $630 million. "

Further evidence of the growth of the EMPIRE. Federal police will take over security at airports next year. A couple of years after that, it will be "Your travel permit, please".
