Steele sure has a high opinion of himself. The "choice of evils" defense is unlikely to work in this case.

Steele is of course the clown that represented JoAnn McGuckin in Idaho a few years back. Ego's don't get much bigger.

Choice of evils defense. To be allowed in this case, Steele would have to convince the judge that the CPS is a cult like organization. That's just to be allowed to use the defense, the jury would then have their say. Steele is worth his pro-bono fee.
