Bad science is used by Rat Lawyers to con juries into massive judgements based on bad science. Dr Dean Edell has been talking about bad medical science in the court rooms for close to a decade. It actually started happening in the 1970s when bad science and lawyers would make FDA take a drug off of the market so the manufacturer could be sued by the lawyers. Years later, real data and real science showed no problem more the normal incidence in the general population.
Mad/bad science is just another example of socialism combined with Rat trial lawyers and how they can harm society.
