I support equal opportunities for all Americans. However, I'm a realist and I believe that the playing field is still unequal and that there are some residual effects of institutional racism. Let's remove the barriers that prevent individuals from achieving all that they can. When this occurs, there will not be a need to pressure institutions to diversify their organization.
