I believe it was Carville that wrote the book

I'm playing the mpeg frame by frame and you can clearly see his mouth form all words in the order of...... Hey F**K You!
Oh this is even richer!!! Not only does Drew raise the ire of Mr. Serpenthead, but the childish, profanity-laden outburst at a formal, public event is the icing on the cake!

No, not Drew Carey, James Carville, in his book ...And The Horse He Rode In On. Oops! Pardon me. I stand corrected. :)

I've smelled Carville's pungent "fumes" for 10 years now ... I hope I see him in person sometime. A bad, bad man.
To: Pokey78
I thought that was his usual look.
To: hole_n_one
I couldn't get what he said, but he was really mad.

Gotcha, sorry about that, it was the way I read it.
Wouldn't matter if he didn't, I still can't stand the man, Carville that is.

I hope this doesn't hurt Drew's career. Me too. I love his show, have read his book, and now this! I like him even more. And we all know lefties run Hollywood, and lefties don't like freedom of thought. They're nothing more than a bunch of tanned, bleached and siliconed Nazis.

isn't Drew Carey a Marine and an avid gun collector? That would explain his fondness for Bush. Hoo-ah!

Carey is also reported to frequent strip bars A LOT, which he sort of admitted on a talk show once.
He's not a saint, but this appearance sounds good.

Everybody should read this
interview with Drew Carey which was published in Reason Magazine.
Here's a teaser:
Reason: But you were in the Marines reserve, weren't you?--
Carey: That's all the government should be: Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines (laughs). P.J. O'Rourke once said the government has passed enough laws--it should just stop. It oversteps its bounds so often. Giving it a little bit of power is like getting a little bit pregnant, or thinking that a little bit of sex will do you for a long time--it just doesn't work that way.
Any Marine who quotes PJ O'Rourke can't be all bad!!!

Way to go Drew!..... but I would not be surprised now if all his shows got canceled by the Hollywood powers that be
To: Hagrid
see post #72 for more info.
I'm willing to forgive the occasional trip to the strip club, but I can't say I'm crazy about the drug legalization bit he talks about in the above article (post #72).
Oh, well... when it comes to Hollywood, I'll take what I can get in the way of conservatives/libertarians , and Drew Carey is close enough for me.

I loved that one too!
The Cameras seem to pan across some women in the audience but I could not decide if it was Hitlary ! Anyone know whether she might have been in the crowd?

Have been more than a little outraged just at the thought or picture of Carville or seeing his name in print.
Alas, he's a miserable creature. He has to have ocean tankers of mucky conflicted evil fighting with itself at his core. How else could so much spew out of his mouth. Ater all--"out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks." Mat 12:34.
Can you imagine living with the man in his mirror for eternity with no hope of redemption, change, healthiness? Talk about hell. That would be sufficient.

As for Drew politics I think he run to somewhat of a Conservative/Libertarian mix.. kind of what you get here

I loved the slides with the dogs and especially ROFL when he says that Barney with his eyebrows should be a Senator!!

"It's like trying to convince the Democrats they really lost the election." LOL!

He talks like the guy he plays on TV, " Sure: Smoke crack, die, get out of my way. As long as I don't have to pay for it (laughs)."
It's refreshing, he knows what he wants but doesn't pretend to know what's best for you.
He doesn't think that because he stars on TV he was ordained to change the world either.
He's a drinking buddy for sure.
