There were just people who, instead of voting like this - (and he demonstrates voting like one usually votes - one mark against a candidates name) - they voted like this - (and he flings his voting hand all over the place wildly - showing the idiocy of the Florida voters who supposedly couldn't figure out how to makr their ballots correctly so they voted for everybody on the ballot....)
That part of Carey's joke got the biggest laugh.
