I know a Dr. J.K. Crain in Greenville, Texas. I can't help but think he's got to somehow be related... He's been a longtime resident of this town that is 40 miles from Dallas and 15 miles from the slain officer's cemetary site.

I'm forwarding this news story to him, but someone else has likely already done so from around town. I'll submit a reply to this thread when I hear back from him.
