Fun with the ICC

In the spirit of using the Left's weapons against them, there's a case I'd really like to see come before the ICC: put UNRWA Director General Peter Hansen on trail for allowing military activity in a civilian area, in the Jenin refugee camp.

This would be a real win-win situation - it would simultaneously deligitimize the UN among people of sense and deligitimize the ICC among its prime supporters - those who want to use it as a club to beat the US and Israel.

Does anyone know how to bring a case before the ICC?

I'm in favor. But it won't happen. Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Libya, Saudi Arabia and Yassir Arafat have more say in this ICC thing than you or I. It's a shame when the "world government" is run by a bunch of tinpot dictators and savage, megalomaniacal brutes. And speaking of megalomania, Clinton almost got us into this absurd ICC thing, where our citizens would be subject to the capricious and arbitrary judicial whims of Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Libya, Saudi Arabia and Yassir Arafat.
