SHORELINE -- An off-duty police officer on the way home saw a naked person in bushes in Shoreline and discovered a child rape in progress.
King County sheriff's spokesman Greg Dymerski says Lake Forest Park officers detained a 14-year-old boy about 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and called deputies. They arrested the teen for investigation of rape.
Dymerski says the 5-year-old victim was taken to Harborview Medical Center and was released to his mother early Thursday.
He had last been seen around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday by his sister and was assumed to be playing at a playground.
Both boys live in the same neighborhood.
Dymerski says it was seeing bare legs that drew the attention of the officer driving by 25th Avenue Northeast and Ballinger Way. Another officer and a woman walking bay arrived on the scene about the same time. Dymerski says the teen-ager pulled up his pants and tried to hide in the bushes.

That's one 14 year old that should never see the light of day again.

I'm sure there's no connection between this "alleged incident" and the ongoing fagification of public school curricula...

Washington state. There have been big problems with crimes against children here. One little boy was recently murdered by a teen... he died from an overdose of insulin the sick b*stard injected into him (I'm not sure where he obtained it). Some are now trying to blame the perpetrator's "behavioral problems" on his medication (or lack thereof) and other mental conditions.

More fallout from school sex-ed programs, I would guess. They teach the kids all the mechanics of sex but omit talking about moral controls because that would be judgmental and might risk bringing religion into a public school. Then they tell them that homosexuals are as good as anyone else--in fact, better, since they are a certified victim class. Then they advise them to do whatever comes naturally but be sure to wear condoms. Then they turn them loose to put their lessons into practice.

I am not making any excuses for the perv teen, but I do wonder if he had been raped as a little child, too. I also wonder if he is obsessed with pornography.

He had learned all about it in school and had no reason to think he'd be in trouble. His homo-sensitivity class taught technique.
