I've had serious doubts about the chips ever since they were first proposed. Too much potential for abuse...and besides, suppose the Digital Angel becomes mandatory tomorrw...how long before some creative techies find ways to reprogram them? For a price? Before long, it'll be the same thing with chips as it is with guns now: only law abiding citizens will be able to be tracked.
