"A U.S. House of Representatives panel on Thursday added $200 million in new aid to Israel to a must-pass emergency counter terrorism spending bill after the Bush administration persuaded lawmakers to also provide $50 million in humanitarian aid to Palestinians.
"The bill provides that none of the new funds can go to Yasser Arafat's Palestinian Authority."

[Yeh, right! Like Arafat won't get his cut from his henchmen.]I wondered why the $200 million for Israel was removed from one spending bill and put into another one--it was so the administration could tag on another $50 mil of my tax dollars to go the the terrorists. That's just disgusting.
