It's not clear what Oregon's potential is to develop green industry. The sector is tough to define, and Oregon lacks a research university at the level of Stanford or the University of Washington to help attract and train entrepreneurs.

Smart Growth in Portland has made housing costs outrageous and transportation problems even worse.

Congratulations, fools. You bought into a United Nations' bill of goods. Hope ya like it, cuz what they didn't tell you is that you can't make it go away.

Right!  They are environmentally-friendly, animal rights wacko-friendly, abortion-friendly, homosexual-friendly, kiddy porn industry-friendly, assisted suicide-friendly and globalist-friendly, but not FAMILY-FRIENDLY and the least churched state in the nation.  Now that Oregon has successfully convicted the Christine family falsely, they will seriously have effected TOURISM and families wanting to even STAY in the state, much less MOVE there.  Rumor has it Kitzhaber is concerned.   Well, he should be.
