Yes, she looks at him like a loving mother would. I never understood what Michael Reagan's problem with GW was (jealousy, maybe?).

I watched a bit of this on Shep Smith tonight and saw that old far! Bob Byrd with his lax clap. Hated seeing him up there next to Nancy and GW. Sort of ruined a beautiful clip.

Yes, I agree - very lovingly - and I think it's even more special to her because I'm sure she remembers him when his Dad was Vice President and GW was running around the White House. I'm sure she is amazed at the transformation.
