Every time Tom Ridge puts out one of his color-coded warnings based on UNSPECIFIC THREATS, the media ,
and the population, LAUGHS at it!! "What's the use of warning us when you don't have anything specific? We don't even know what to watch out for! Tell us when you've got something concrete!"
So far none of the media Bush defenders have brought that up. Somebody SHOULD. At least from now on, Ridge might get a little more respect.
I was thinking the same exact thing. Everyone LAUGHS at the "threats" we get that are unspecified, general etc. However, when we get news of one of these same exact reports that happened in August, the freaking media goes wild with speculation. Idiots.
