Okay people, I don't usually write one-line vanities, but I have what I consider the Ultimate Rebuttal to the smear that Bush knew about September 11 in advance.
There you are, kids. In two sentences, this horrible smear by the DNC is destroyed. Take it it, run with it, hit the airwaves, write letters to the editor, go on the radio, get this message out.

Every night since the Gulf War we have been promised that Iraq or Iran (is that spelled with an N or a Q ?) agents would try and blow something up here in CONUS. All during Bubbafucco's reign of domestic terrorism on the sheeple we were seeing such attacks as the WTC bombing in the parking lot. Intel both HUMINT and not has been collected and sequestered by every alphabet agency in the world and stored in some goobermint bean counters desk .
Now these Monday Morning Quisling No-Quarter"rats" are coming outta the woodwork in a mid term election feeding frenzy doing their best with data , bits and pieces that even collectivly and placed in proper sequence "prior" to the 9-11 event would have been dismissed as a fantasy of some whack risk managers SWAG..........
With properly dissected and arrainged intel reports ,after the fact ,I can prove the Pope hisself had prior knowledge of this atrocity and did nothing to stop it.........

What a terrorist operation, the actual perpetrators didn't even know what was going to happen. Those planes had eyes, and orders.
It would have taken a single, inexpensive step in order to prevent the attacks: Arm pilots and flight crews and train them.
The typical government response to any crisis like this is to assume that everyone outside of government is stupid, unable to defend themselves, and should be stripped of their freedom in order to preserve safety.
This paradigm is damning for Bush and anyone else who has held the office with that belief system.

What the hijackers knew was irrelevant. Can you list even one step taken by the Bush administration which was directed at the prevention of hijackings?

No it isn't. Since this is a debate, by the left, of what Bush knew, it is absolutely pertinent to point out that not even the perpertrators knew what was going on.
