Okay people, I don't usually write one-line vanities, but I have what I consider the Ultimate Rebuttal to the smear that Bush knew about September 11 in advance.

Osama bin Ladin bragged that not even all the hijackers
knew where they were really headed.

If the actual perpetrators didn't know what was going to happen,
HOW WAS GEORGE W. BUSH SUPPOSED TO KNOW?

There you are, kids. In two sentences, this horrible smear by the DNC is destroyed. Take it it, run with it, hit the airwaves, write letters to the editor, go on the radio, get this message out.

Please go back and reread my question. If you were asked to write on a chalkboard a list of probable (i.e., very likely to occur in the very near future) attacks on September 10th, would you have included flying fully-fueled airliners into large buildings? You go on about how the intelligence community should have seen it as possible, but the question was whether you would have included it on a list of those attacks very likely to happen in the near future, as of 9/10/01.

Give 'em He!!, Lazz. I'm considered a pretty fair analyst, and never, EVER did it occur to me that terrorists would simply use planes as weapons against stationary civilian targets. No one did, except for the terrorists, no matter WHAT they say now. When they say we should have expected/knew about 9-11, they are lying sacks of manure.
